1. Who we are

2. What you give us

When you send the availability form or email us, you choose what to share. The form asks for:

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you want us to reply that way
• How you would rather be contacted
• The job site address
• Whether you want to rent the machine or have us run it
• The dates you need, and anything else you type into the notes field

3. What is collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records some technical information when you visit, and stores it with your request if you submit the form:

• The page you landed on and the page you submitted from
• Your browser's user agent and screen size
• The site that referred you, if any
• Campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and ad click IDs (gclid, fbclid)
• A Google Analytics client ID, which is a random number, not your name
• Your IP address, which our host and Cloudflare see as part of serving the page

4. Why we use it

To answer your request, quote your rental and delivery rates, hold your dates, keep a record of the job, understand which pages and which ads bring us work, and keep automated spam out of the form. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

5. Who else is involved

We use a small number of well-known services. Each one only receives what it needs for the job listed here.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to recognise a returning browser. You can block or delete those cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

The signals Cloudflare Turnstile reads are strictly necessary for bot detection on our forms. If you block them, the availability form may not submit — call (208) 597-0107 instead and we will take your dates over the phone.

7. How long we keep it

Rental requests stay in our records as long as they are useful for scheduling, follow-up, and our own bookkeeping. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of the transaction.

8. Your choices

• Opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on.
• Change what Google shows you in My Ad Center, and Meta in your ad preferences.
• Block cookies, or send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, from your browser settings.
• Ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion by calling (208) 597-0107 or emailing [email protected]. We will confirm the request with you and then handle it.

9. Children

This is a firewood equipment rental site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or which services we use, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. This version is effective September 4, 2026.
